Case Study
The goal for this project was extend the kitchen space, add a sunny dining nook and expand the family room area with the addition of a beautiful fireplace and extra seating.
With plenty of natural light, this section of the home quickly became the favorite. The addition extended the gathering space and also provided a quiet place for early morning reflection or days end decompression.
A more enjoyable space for the family that loves spending time together. Comfortable room for playing games and being in the kitchen was the priority for the project.
Outdoor lifestyle enhanced with patio dining and adding a pool. Keeping enough space in the backyard to accommodate these needs while achieving the new indoor square footage was critical. We excavated and finished the pool & hot tub.
